Strategic Talent Acquisition Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the hiring process for both Sales and Non-Sales (Design/Technical) profiles.Sourcing Strategy: Utilise a multi-channel approach including job portals, database searches, and professional references.Head-Hunting: Proactively identify and engage high-tier talent for niche roles within the exhibition stall design sector. 2. Lifecycle Management & Documentation Onboarding & Induction: Facilitate a seamless entry for new hires, ensuring all company policies are communicated clearly.Off-boarding & Compliance: Manage the exit process, including sensitive terminations and the recovery of company assets (specifically 3D design files and intellectual property).Document Control: Issue all formal employee documentation, including Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Experience Certificates, and Relieving Letters. 3. Performance & Talent Management Appraisal Management: Design and lead the annual and mid-year appraisal cycles to align individual goals with company objectives.Monthly Performance Reviews: Prepare and analyse monthly performance reports to track productivity and identify areas for improvement. 4. Employee Relations & Engagement Culture Building: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.Engagement Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to boost morale, retention, and team cohesion within the design and sales teams. 5. Operations & Payroll Support Attendance Management: Maintain accurate attendance sheets and leave records.Payroll Processing: Prepare and verify all attendance data to ensure the timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll.
