Responsibilities Day-to-day coordination with existing international customersComplete export documentation, pre-shipment and post-shipmentCoordination with our CHA and freight forwarderBank coordination for export payments and related documentationEvaluating all batches pre-shipment against customer specifications, as per protocols you will be trained inMaintaining all records in our ERP systemMaintain long-term relationships and consistent service with international customersReceivables follow-up against agreed payment termsPeriodic written reports for the Director Requirements 5 to 8 years in export documentation and logistics, preferably in industrial minerals, chemicals or a similar industryExperience working with banks for export payments and documentationDirect experience with CHAs, freight forwarders and shipping linesWorking knowledge of ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP or ZohoStrong written and verbal English, and analytical skillsAble to work independently with minimal supervision, following SOPs and provided resources Compensation 32,000 fixed per month plus performance based incentives up to 10,000.
