Role: IT Recruiter (RPO Model) Location: Onsite ITC Infotech Payroll: NetQuo Services Pvt Ltd. Experience: 1 to 5 Years in IT Recruitment Key Responsibilities: • End-to-end IT recruitment (Sourcing to Offer Rollout) • Working on mid to senior-level IT requirements • Coordinating interviews and follow-ups with stakeholders • Client interaction and regular status reporting • Managing offer negotiation and joining follow-ups Required Skills: • Strong experience in IT hiring • Hands-on experience with Naukri/LinkedIn sourcing • Good communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced RPO environment
