2–4 years of experience as a Team Leader (on paper) Must have handled a team size of 15–30 associates Voice Process (BPO) experience is mandatory Strong exposure to driving TL performance metrics & KPIs Regular Degree (Graduation) is compulsory Willing to work from office on a daily basis Joining Preference: Candidates who can join within 30 days will be given priority
